Chief Executive Officer
Jon Rucker serves as president and CEO of Ultra I&C, bringing decades of leadership and technology experience across the defense sector.
Before joining Ultra I&C, he was senior vice president at SAIC, where he led a $1.4 billion Army portfolio. He also headed CACI’s Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence group and spent 20 years in technical and executive roles at Lockheed Martin. Rucker holds an MBA from Penn State, a master’s in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins, and a bachelor’s in aerospace engineering from Virginia Tech. Rucker is actively involved with the Virginia Tech Graduate School and Virginia Tech athletics, in addition to supporting youth programs at the elementary and high school levels.
He also volunteers his time supporting youth programs at the elementary and high school levels.
General Counsel
Dana Bono is general counsel and head of contracts and exports for Ultra I&C. She leads compliance and business risk mitigation, provides strategic legal counsel, manages policies and processes, and oversees third-party counsel in North America and the legal team in the UK.
Bono brings more than 20 years of experience as a legal strategist and a specialist in compliance and export control. Prior to joining Ultra I&C, she was principal at DCB Advisors and held legal counsel positions at SEKISUI Aerospace Corp., GKN and Behr America Inc (now Mahle Behr GmbH & Co).
Chief Financial Officer President, Mission Solutions
Mladen Brkic has built a global career transforming and growing businesses into efficient, profitable operations. He currently serves as president of Ultra I&C’s Mission Solutions business, leading strategic growth across mission optimization, ruggedized processing, encryption and AI-enhanced applications. He also serves as CFO, steering innovation and financial health.
Before Ultra I&C, he was CFO and VP of supply chain at Maxar’s Space Infrastructure unit, helping drive its transformation. Earlier roles include CFO of GKN Aerospace North America and 14 years at GE in finance across Europe, the Americas and Russia/CIS. He completed GE leadership programs in financial management and executive development and holds a BA in finance and marketing from the University of Kentucky.
President, Cyber
Juliette Wilcox CMG is president of Ultra I&C’s UK Cyber division. She joined after 36 years of British government service, including leadership in national security, cyber policy, and technology innovation.
From 1988 to 2021, she held senior roles in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, with postings in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Singapore. She later served as the U.K.’s Cyber Security Ambassador for Defense and Security Exports, where she built international partnerships to support the U.K.’s cybersecurity industry.
Wilcox holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Cambridge and was appointed Companion of the Order of St. Michael and St. George in 2021. She also speaks Mandarin.
President, Tactical Communications
Alain Cohen is president of Ultra I&C’s Tactical Communications division, where he leads strategy and execution across line-of-sight and beyond-line-of-sight systems, including satellite and troposcatter communications. Since joining in 2020, he has driven global growth, overseeing teams in Canada, the U.K. and U.S. He also leads end-to-end delivery—from strategy to deployment—of advanced communications systems for government and commercial users.
Before Ultra I&C, Cohen was an associate partner at McKinsey & Co., advising clients on executive strategy, finance, and transformation. He previously served as financing director at Export Development Canada. A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, he continues to serve in the Primary Reserve. Cohen holds an MBA from MIT and a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from Concordia.
He authored Galula (Praeger, 2012) and is a contributor to "Studies in Conflict & Terrorism."
Vice President, Strategic Communications & Marketing
Amanda Rudolph serves as vice president of strategic communications for Ultra I&C, overseeing the company's communications strategy, media relations, marketing, branding, and digital initiatives.
Previously, she was director of marketing communications at BAE Systems, Inc., with roles across multiple company sectors. Her career includes positions at Raytheon Missile Systems, where she managed branding, advertising, international communications, and high-profile missile defense public relations, achieving award-winning results in media engagement and integrated marketing campaigns. She has also executed grassroots outreach for programs under the Army Chief of Staff and managed bilateral service communications for the Army's Strategic Plans, Concepts and Doctrine Division at the Pentagon.
Rudolph holds a master's degree from Georgetown University, a bachelor's degree from Duquesne University, and leadership certification from Cornell University.
